Clean, bright, pale gold yellow. On the nose has marked character of white fruit, such as pear and apple. Floral and herbaceous hints. Good acidity, fresh and balanced on the palate. Nice finish, fruity and medium intensity.

It matches with potatoes, fish and seafood. Goat and roquefort cheese. Basil pasta, fried tomatoes or vegetables.

Clean, bright, pale pink with lilac tones. On the nose is intense, red fruits aromas standout. Pleasant and balanced in the palate; red fruits notes standout. Medium finish.

It matches with cold meat, sausages, pork or chicken. Grilled meat and mushrooms. Quiche Lorraine. Rice and pasta.

Medium depth. Clean, bright. Ruby red colour with purple iridescence on the rims.  On the nose, intense, fresh. The vegetal aroma (pepper) combines perfectly with the fruit aromas (pomegranate, plum, blackcurrant, blackcurrant, black fruit) that appear later. In the background, the notes of its time in oak (vanilla and roasted coffee) are perceived.On the mouth, young. Structured, full-bodied. Very smooth tannin. Fruity sensation. Pleasant in the mouth, balanced. Long aftertaste. Reminiscences of black fruit and, very subtly, of the toast from the barrel.

It matches very well with ham tapas, spanish potato omelette. It can also be combined with rabas (fried squid) and fried fish.

Notes of very ripe  red fruits (strawberry) and black fruits (black plum). In the background there is a hint of violet.On the mouth, young and cheerful. Young, fresh. Very fruity, again reminiscent of ripe red and black fruit. Balanced. Pleasant sensation in the mouth. Long, markedly fruity aftertaste.

Clean, bright. Yellow colour with a slight green hue at the rims. On the nose, very intense. Subtle herbal aromas and notes of White flowers. Reminiscent of white fruit (pear) and tropical fruit (pineapple). On the mouth, balanced, unctuous. Very pleasant acidity, providing freshness. Very slight bitterness typical of the variety. Long final. The fruity notes (pineapple) remain.

Pasta with basil, béchamel, cheese. It matches very well with most fish, seafood  and vegetables. Creamy, fatty cheeses, such as brie or camembert.
